• Context: the Uber 2026 Fall Software Engineering Internship posting was being discussed; the process itself was described as fairly relaxed ("proc is lwk free").
• Uber has a reputation for asking unusually hard questions, but a candidate who interviewed for the winter internship reported the opposite: they were given LeetCode mediums, and "I don't even think you need to perfect them" — a clean-enough attempt on mediums met the bar.
